Made using McLaren proprietary SpoolRite Belting Technology™, Next Generation rubber tracks are known for their high-performance, durability and extended track life. They surpass the performance of other rubber tracks on OEM tests. You’ll be getting more bang for your buck with these premium tracks than with other aftermarket rubber tracks.
Next Generation rubber tracks are compatible with most makes/models of dumpers on the market including models manufactured by Yanmar, Komatsu, Canycom, Morroka, Kubota and Hinowa.

- Premium-Quality, Wear-Resistant Rubber Compound
Next Generation rubber tracks are made from premium rubber that is puncture, wear and tear resistant. The rubber is specially formulated using tough rubber compounds that are extremely durable. Track life expectancy is extended as a result of the high-quality rubber used on these tracks.
- Durable Forged Steel Links
Forged steel links are used to reinforce the track for extra toughness. These steel links are made from heat-treated, carbon forged steel for added strength. This prevents the links from cracking and breaking under heavy impact loads.
- Strong Metal to Rubber Bonding
The problem of link ejection is prevented by the secure bonding of the steel link to the rubber. You can safely navigate your dumper over demanding terrains without worrying about link ejection. Also, the strong bond between the metal and rubber protects the embedded steel from corrosion in wet conditions.

The type of tread lug pattern you use will depend on job site requirements. That is why McLaren offers a range of tread styles to optimally fit work site ground conditions. The advanced tread lugs of Next Generation rubber tracks minimize bouncing and vibration which protects undercarriage parts from wear and provides a smooth ride for the operator. The lugs also maximize traction in different terrains.
- SpoolRite Belting Technology™
McLaren’s SpoolRite Belting Technology™ was developed to combat the issue of weak points along the length of the embedded steel belt. The steel belt is engineered as a single, continuous, joint-less steel belt with no overlapping. This enhances the tensile strength of the belt, fortifying the rubber track and increasing its service life. This also means that the cost associated with maintaining the tracks is significantly reduced.

Next Generation rubber tracks come in a range of sizes from 180mm to 900mm wide tracks. Depending on the particular job and dumper needs, you can choose the appropriate width that will optimize your operations.
